Refund policy

At Fen Ridge Designs, each product is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where an item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contains an engraving error, or does not match the approved design:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@fenridgedesigns.com

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will remake and ship the corrected item at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Custom orders with customer-submitted errors (e.g., incorrect names, spellings, or logo files)

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after ordering

Variations in color, grain, or texture due to natural materials (wood, leatherette, etc.)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have begun and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Replacements Only

If eligible, we offer replacements only for defective or incorrect products. We do not offer cash refunds on custom items.
